Affordable Living: Rent is set at a reduced rate to help make housing more affordable, with reduced rents as long as your income does not exceed state limits. Eligibility: To qualify, you must meet income guidelines, typically set at 30%, 60%, or 80% of the area's median income; and meet our criteria set forth in our Tenant Selection Plan.

Quality Housing: While rent is more affordable, tax credit apartments still offer comfortable, modern living spaces with all the amenities you expect.

What Do You Need to Get Started?

To begin the application, please be ready with the following documents:

  • Complete an application for every household member 18 years of age and older
  • 8 consecutive pay stubs and provide documentation for all household income per person
  • We verify 2 years of rental history
  • Valid government-issued ID for all household members (driver’s license, social security card, government-issued ID card, birth certificate)
  • Additional documents that may be required, depending on each person’s individual income and assets
